Email messages are to be used for non-urgent issues. It can take as long as two business days to get a response from your email. Valley Pediatric Medical Group does not provide response to questions of diagnosis and treatment of new conditions because these inquiries may compromise the safety of your child. For those matters, a face-to-face appointment is necessary.

Confidential or sensitive medical information should not be communicated through e-mail. Please call the main office number for the email addresses of those physicians who communicate via email.
