Hours of Operation

The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. In addition, between 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday there is a "walk-in" hour for acutely ill patients (i.e., illness or injuries of recent onset): no appointment is necessary. Also, Saturdays starting at 9:00 the office is open for ill patients by appointment only. The office is also open on most Sundays and Holidays for emergencies but must have an appointment.

The office has a separate entrance for children with possible contagious diseases.

After Hours

When the office is closed, one of our doctors is always available by phone. Please call the office and listen to the entire message. It will instruct you how to reach the doctor on call. An emergency call should only be required if your child is in a medical crisis and you are considering going to the emergency room (i.e. difficulty breathing, persistent or uncontrollable bleeding, seizure, possible anaphylaxis, poisoning, or fever in an infant < 2 months). All other urgent health related calls will be answered within an hour by the on-call doctor. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

Please wait until the next business day if you have well child care questions, prescription refills, want to discuss chronic complaints, vaccine questions or need to make an appointment.

Thank you for calling after hours only for matters that cannot wait until the next business day. Also, please take advantage of our walk-in hours from 8am - 9am Monday - Friday for questions/concerns that arise in the wee hours of the morning; no appointment necessary.

CPR Classes

Valley Pediatric Medical Group offers CPR classes to our families at a low cost. Our CPR class is a non-certifiable class that is open to only the families in our office. Our instructor Holly Calig R.N. with Child & Parent Resources covers home and outdoor safety, accident prevention, infant and child CPR including choking and the Heimlich maneuver.
