Office Information
Hours of OperationThe office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. In addition, between 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday there is a "walk-in" hour for acutely ill patients (i.e., illness or injuries of recent onset): no appointment is necessary. Also, Saturdays starting at 9:00 the office is open for ill patients by appointment only. The office is also open on most Sundays and Holidays for emergencies but must have an appointment.
After HoursWhen the office is closed, one of our doctors is always available by phone. Please call the office and listen to the entire message. It will instruct you how to reach the doctor on call. An emergency call should only be required if your child is in a medical crisis and you are considering going to the emergency room (i.e. difficulty breathing, persistent or uncontrollable bleeding, seizure, possible anaphylaxis, poisoning, or fever in an infant < 2 months). All other urgent health related calls will be answered within an hour by the on-call doctor. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911.
